Henry Vorderbruggen

Henry is the owner and managing attorney at Hammer Law PLLC.  He is a veteran, father, and consumer advocate.  Henry primarily represents consumers in Lemon Law and breach of warranty claims against auto manufacturers and dealerships.  His firm successfully handles hundreds of claims each year and is the fastest growing Lemon Law firm in Arizona, with offices opening soon in Minnesota, Utah, and Colorado.

Following the attacks on 9/11/2001, Henry dropped out of college and volunteered for the United States Navy.  He was assigned to the U.S.S. John F. Kennedy (CV-67) aircraft carrier in Mayport, Florida, and worked as a photojournalist. Henry finished at the top of his class among all branches of the military at Defense Information School (DINFOS) and was later awarded a letter of commendation and the Navy Achievement Medal for his service during the Iraq War.

Henry earned his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2013.  In law school, he was selected to the Denver Law Review based on the strength of his writing.  That experience allowed him the opportunity to work with judges in both district and county court, first as an intern and then as a full-time judicial clerk following graduation.  When he decided to enter private practice, Henry focused exclusively on Lemon Law and consumer protection claims.  He is an experienced Lemon Law lawyer who has dedicated his career to advocating for consumers and fighting for consumer rights in all areas.

Henry is the proud father of two sons, Barabbas and Atlas.  Both are scholar-athletes and participate in a variety of sports and extracurricular activities.  Atlas is an honors student and varsity wrestler in high school.  Barabbas is in college and plans to be an attorney like his dad.  Henry has volunteered to coach their sports teams since they were little boys.  Henry and the boys love the outdoors and adventuring as much as possible.
