NJ Attorneys: This certificate is issued under Rule 1:42 and BCLE Reg. 301:8 of the Board on Continuing Legal Education and attorneys may report their compliance on the Annual Attorney Registration and Billing the following year.
NM Attorneys: Esquire CLE will report the credits you earned.
NY Attorneys: Attorneys: Retain this certificate for a period of at least three years from the date of your attendance. In the event of an audit, you will be required to provide this certificate as proof of your compliance. If you are on pro bono emeritus status, you must complete at least eight hours of accredited legal education, including at least one hour in legal ethics, during each licensing period.
